Our client is seeking a school nurse, 1:1 School Nurses (LPN) to provide services to students in a school based classroom.

HOURS
Monday-Friday during school hours

CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
* One on One Licensed Practical Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours and in a school classroom. The Licensed Practical Nurse will also be a back up to support the school based Registered Nurse.

* Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day
* Monitor any changes in student's status
* Complete thorough nursing notes
* Provide daily medicine
* G Tube Feeding
* Monitoring safety and well-being of student

CLIENT'S QUALIFICATIONS:
* Active MASSACHUSETTS LPN license
* CPR certification
* Pediatric experience preferred
* Minimum of one (1) year LPN or RN experience
