Looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? Precision HR is seeking multiple Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our dedicated team in New Ulm, MN. Help guide students through their learning journey while creating a positive, supportive environment.

Schedule and Salary:
M-F 7:45am - 3:15pm
$19-$23/hr, based off of experience; paid weekly!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tutoring and instructional activities as directed by the teacher.
  • Support students in implementing behavioral and physical management plans.
  • Monitor student behavior during study halls, free time, lunch, and transitions.
  • Participate in team meetings to review student progress and plans.
  • Provide feedback on student behavior to teachers.
  • Help supervise and maintain cleanliness during lunch periods.


Qualifications:
  • Must have 60 post secondary credits or be able to pass the Para Professional test within 3 months of employment.

  • Patience and a passion for working with students.

  • Previous experience in education or special education is a plus.
