Full Time | Competitive Pay – Up to $65/hr based on experience

Available Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

YOUR IMPACT
The Special Education Teacher will provide individualized instruction and support to elementary students with severe disabilities in a structured, substantially separate setting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IEPs, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers, related service providers, and families to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. This role serves a small, high-need student population.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education ( Severe or Moderate Disabilities) certification
• Eligible to teach in MA through DESE
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Designs and delivers individualized instruction for students with disabilities
• Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development
• Classroom experience MondayFriday in a structured setting
• Experience with students who are nonverbal, on the autism spectrum, prone to tantrums, runners, or wheelchairbound preferred
