PrecisionHR is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to service clients within Saint Paul and surrounding areas on a part-time and full-time basis. To be responsible for assisting individuals with their activities of daily living in a residential home setting. SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME!

HOURS & COMPENSATION

  • $18$21/hr. based on experience. Weekly pay!
  • FullTime and Per Diem available


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
  • Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
  • Assist with and teach independent living skills.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal selfcare such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
  • Accompany participants to various community activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensures a healthy living environment for participants.


**MUST BE RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE WITH BOTH THE CARE YOU PROVIDE AS WELL AS ATTENDANCE.

Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to reply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
