Precision HR is hiring Substitute and Full time Paraprofessionals for the 2025/2026 school year for Chesterfield Elementary!

HOURS & COMPENSATION
* 8:25am - 3:25pm
* $19.29/hr

SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY
* Assist Teacher to ensure students' IEPs are fully implemented by providing instructional, physical, and emotional support to students 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist with physical needs of special education students which may include putting on and taking off outwear, and changing diapers
* Under the supervision of the teacher, work with students by reinforcing material introduced by the teacher
* Engage children in conversation to encourage language development
* Support students in their goals to increase communication, motor, and social skills

REQUIREMENTS
* Demonstrated supportive approach to learning, especially when supporting students with learning disabilities and/or developmental and emotional challenges
* NJ Fingerprints thru the Deptartment of Education
* TB Test within the last 12 months
