Full-Time | Competitive Pay – Up to $65/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Program: Substantially Separate Autism Program

YOUR IMPACT
The Special Education Teacher will provide specialized instruction and support to middle school students with autism in a substantially separate program for the 2026–2027 school year. We are seeking two Special Education Teachers with either a Moderate or Severe Disabilities license. This role focuses on developing and implementing individualized learning plans and IEPs, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with educators, related service providers, and families to support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. The ideal candidate is experienced working with students with autism and is passionate about providing individualized support in a structured, high-needs setting.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education (Moderate Disabilities) certification
• Eligible to teach in MA through DESE
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Designs & delivers individualized instruction for students with disabilities
• Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development
• Classroom experience MondayFriday, structured setting
• Experience preferred with students who are nonverbal, on the autism spectrum, prone to tantrums, runners, or wheelchairbound
